How To Send Group Texts On Android

Google Messages will be the default texting app on most Android phones. Here’s how to send group text messages on Android if that’s the case.

Step 1: On your Android, open the Messages app. To start a new conversation, click the Start chat button.

Step 2: Select contacts to add to your group text by tapping on the Create group option. Tap Next when you’re finished.

Step 3: Give your group a good name and click Next. Now that your group has been created, simply input your message and click the Send button.

Each recipient will get the SMS separately once it has been sent. You’ll see the reply in their chat if the recipient answers to the text message.

Step 1: Open up your group conversation in the Messages app. Select Group information from the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner.
