Mario Golf is now available on Nintendo Switch Online

GamesBeat Summit 2022 returns April 26-28 with its biggest event for gaming leaders. Reserve your place here!

The Nintendo Switch now has two Mario golf games. You can get the 2021 Mario Golf: Super Rush, which is a good entry in the series. But now you can also get the 1999 Mario Golf that debuted for the original Nintendo 64. As promised earlier, Nintendo has added it to its Nintendo Switch online subscription service.

Of course, to get access to N64 games you need a more expensive level of Nintendo Switch Online. The $ 50-per-year expansion pack option now gives you a hefty roster of late 90’s / early 2000’s classics for the Sega Genesis and N64. It is in addition to the super Nintendo and Nintendo Entertainment System games that are in base $ 20-per-year NSO tires.

Mario Golf is the first time Nintendo characters hit the link together – although Nintendo had a golf game that debuted with the NES in 1985. Later in 1999 the series will expand with its Game Boy color entry with RPG campaign. This version of Mario Golf is a party game built around multiplayer or playing golf with your friends.

And you can try it for yourself right now.
